1. How about the Delivery time?
   Production lead time is normally 30 days from the receipt of 30% T/T down payment
   (Samples will be prepared in 15 days.)

2. What kind of payment method is accepted? 
    T/T, L/C, Cash are accepted.

3. What's the MOQ?
    Generally speaking, the MOQ is 300PCS, and we can provide samples for quality inspection.

4. Do you charge for the samples?
    According to our company policy, we just charge the samples based on EXW price,
   and we will return the samples fee when get your formal order.

5. Can you produce according to customers' design?
    Yes, we are professional maunfacturer, OEM and ODM are both welcome.
