Tengzhou Xili Manufacturer Milling Machine XH2519
The machine tool has the characteristics of strong rigidity, symmetrical mechanism and high stability.By optimizing the structure of the basic parts and improving the dynamic performance of the product. Get the perfect combination of high power, high torque, high efficiency and high precision processing.
Suitable for shipbuilding,metallurgy,petrochemical,mining machinery,electric power energy, construction machinery, heavy machinery and other large, heavy processing fields.
2. X/Y axis adopts heavy duty roller linear guideways, together with mandatory automatic lubrication system, to ensure small friction & the stability of accuracy.
3. Z axis adopts rectangular-hard-rail-sliding-structure, plastic paste treated, double nitrogen-balance-cylinders are used to balance Z-axis movement, to ensure the stability of accuracy.
4. Z axis movement is with braking function, can automatic clamping spindle box in case of power failure.
5. 3-axis large pitch ball screws, pre-drawing treated, to ensure good rigidity & good accuracy & high speed.
The casting of the machine tool is made of high strength inoculated cast iron and high quality resin bonded sand,which is treated by multiple aging techniques to ensure the rigidity and stability of the machine tool.
Three axes are all equipped with the sliding guide treated by the high-frequency quenching to enhance the whole bearing capacity and durability.

Usually we prefer T/T. 30% deposit, 70% balance payment against machine ready to delivery photos and videosOther payment terms are also acceptable after discussion.
3. What is the trade terms ?
Jsually is FOB.
Others like CIF,CFR,EXW...... are also acceptable.
4. How long is the guarantee ?
12 month after machine's delivery from factory.
Within waranty, we guarantee spare parts free of charge and online supports for installation, operation, maintance and trouble shooting etc.
