What's Tungsen alloy Bucking Bar?
Tungsten alloy Bucking Bar is a Tungsten alloy rivet top rod. The rivet top rod can be made of tungsten alloy material. The tungsten alloy rivet top rod can provide the maximum available density. These rods are twice as heavy as those of the same shape made of iron. The small size and large weight make these rods versatile and can be operated within a small range.
High-density ergonomic tungsten bucking bar rivet blocks reduce vibration and kickback while riveting in aircraft operations. Repeated vibrations can cause wrist strain and fatigue, and regular steel bucking bars don't fully protect the riveter from the harmful effects. Tungsten material bucking bars, over twice as dense as normal steel, absorbs the shock, allowing you to rivet more effectively for a longer period of time.
Application
The Hand Tool Riveting Tool Tungsten Bucking Bars are mostly used in aviation, aerospace and aircraft industries. Other applications for tungsten heavy alloy machining parts:
- Radiation shielding
- Containers of radioactive isotopes
- High performance projectiles for underwater hunting
- Gyro components
- Balance weights for racing boats and racing cars
- The optical industry like microscopes and measuring instruments.
