The composition of the pellet machine

Mould and pressure roller
1.Ring Die: This component is crafted from wear-resistant stainless steel. It undergoes a quenching process in a vacuum furnace, which ensures uniform hardness and superior wear resistance. Notably, there is no risk of breakage. The die holes are formed through high-speed gun drilling, resulting in evenly distributed holes with a smooth interior.
2.Roller: The roller is made using a super wear-resistant alloy welding process, a marked departure from the traditional surface carburizing treatment. This enhances its lifespan significantly, while also protecting the ring die.

A. The casing of the new pellet dialing system is crafted from 304 stainless steel. Constructed through a stamping forming process, it offers high strength, anti-wear, and corrosion resistance.
B. The locations of the pellet outlet and the dialing disc's reducer are customizable and adjustable. Users can modify their positions based on site conditions.
C. The new main shaft adopts a high stiffness bearing structure, with its diameter increased by 15%. The main load bearing's carrying surface has accordingly doubled, resulting in more reliable operation, a lower failure rate, and higher pellet mill output.
D. The main shaft frame incorporates a new positioning structure, making roller disassembly easier and significantly reducing the time taken to replace rollers.
E. Gear oil lubrication and air cooling are used to lower oil temperature. The pellet machine also features overpressure protection and low voltage alarms, with real-time display of circulating pressure to ensure the machine's long-term high-load operation.
F. The roller employs new technology, with a wear-resistant material welded onto its surface by a robot. This enhances the roller's lifespan considerably.
G. The ring die of the 8th generation pellet mill entirely employs advanced wear-resistant stainless steel. The use of advanced vacuum furnace quenching technology ensures uniform hardness both inside and out. The die hole is machined by an ultra-high-speed gun drilling machine.
